Cancellation Policy (Please Read!):
Casco Bay Sports reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event under the following circumstances:
1) In the case of inclement weather that would thereby make conditions too dangerous for participants
2) If there is a City of Portland parking ban thereby restricting the use of the area
3) If if there is inadequate snow on the hill.

This decision will be made on Friday
February 19th
at 6:00 PM. The current storm date is set for
Sunday February 21st. If your team cannot participate on Sunday
you have a choice of refund or direct Portland Trails donation. If the whole weekend is outright
cancelled registration fees will be refunded. If the event does happen but you cannot
travel to the venue your registration fee will be
directly donated to Portland Trails.
How will we know of postponement or cancellation?
1) The homepage of this website will have an update.
2) Our phone line will have a message (221-0203).
3) An email wil be sent to all participants at 6:00 PM.
