When do we sled?

Each teammate sleds independently before their bike or run. Also after the run, the team will tandem sled down the hill to the finish line!

Do we have to use the same sled?

Yes. This finish is a tandem sled. One sled. Two people!

Do we have to buy a sled?

Hopefully not! Just dig up or borrow one from some friends.

What if we fall off the sled?

That's fine. You'll probably lose valuable time as other teams sled by you.

How must we cross the finish line?

Two people on the sled! No running down the hill.

What if there's no snow?

Teams will have to finish an obstacle course set up by Casco Bay Sports in the East End Beach area.

Definition of Sleds used: Any plastic, rubber, or wooden object used to transport two individuals down a hill. No metal allowed on any part of the sled!
